Who is the Skillcircle for?
Skillcircle is designed for organizations that want to onboard temporary and permanent employees quickly, safely and independently, and repeat instructions demonstrably. The training is used in food, agri and industry and suits workplaces with high turnover, language diversity or limited literacy.
Is the Skillcircle suitable for employees who speak another language or have limited literacy?
Yes, that is exactly what it was designed for. All trainings are available in Dutch, English, Polish, Romanian, Spanish and Portuguese. 3D animations, voice-over and icons help the material come across, even without strong reading skills.
How do we measure training progress and effectiveness?
In the MetaChef portal, you can see per employee which trainings have been completed, how much time was spent and which scores were achieved on the knowledge checks. Reports can be exported as CSV or PDF, for example for audits, HR conversations or customer reporting.
What does implementation look like and when can we start?
The basic Skillcircle for food, agri and industry can be used immediately, without a long content development phase upfront. Implementation consists of creating accounts, setting up the integration with HR or planning system, and putting the first employees live. We align the pace with your planning. Custom trainings have a separate lead time, which we determine together during the inventory.
Can we add our own work instructions or procedures, and what does that cost?
Yes. We develop custom trainings for specific machines, processes or safety procedures. After a short inventory, you receive a proposal with an estimate of the required investment.
Does Skillcircle cover our legal safety instruction and occupational health and safety obligations?
Skillcircle provides the safety and workplace instruction employees need before entering the shop floor: basic safety and pictograms, working at height, working safely with machines, hygiene and personal care. Every completed training is recorded per employee in the portal, so you can demonstrate who received which instruction during an occupational health and safety inspection or audit. Skillcircle does not replace legally required practical examinations, but ensures the theory and risk awareness are already in place.
How does Skillcircle compare with other onboarding software?
