Selo presents production lines worldwide with interactive 3D visualizations

Since 1944, Selo has been designing and building complete production lines and machines for the food and pet food industry.
The company supplies both complete installations and individual systems for processing and packaging, among other things, often tailored to the specific product and production requirements of the customer.

The challenge
During sales conversations, Selo often cannot show physical production lines, while the machine details are precisely what's crucial. This creates limitations:
- Showing machines on location or worldwide is costly and impractical;
- Machines are often unavailable due to production, testing, or deployment at customers;
- Closed systems make internal workings and details difficult to see;
- Visual materials lack detail, scale, and realism.
As a result, customers don't get a complete picture of Selo's technology and what sets them apart.
The solution
Since implementing MetaChef's 3D Catalog, Selo presents its production lines both alongside physical machines and fully digitally when needed. The solution is used during sales conversations, at trade shows, and on the website.
Based on Selo's own CAD designs, interactive 3D models have been developed that provide insight into the operation, structure, and technology of complete production lines. Customers can view machines from all angles, giving them a clear picture of what sets Selo apart.
This makes sales conversations more visual, more convincing, and internationally applicable.

"Thanks to 3D technology, we can communicate with our customers in a different way, making our presentation even more powerful and almost tangible."
