By deploying 3D learning tools, this top-15 player in the flexible staffing industry optimally prepares its workers for their jobs in the Netherlands. This step underscores LPC's ambition to improve service quality and strengthen sustainable employability through technological innovation.
The partnership focuses on improving the connection between international employees and Dutch clients. By using the Skillcircle on MetaChef's 3D learning platform, workers are trained in their country of origin. This not only increases safety and productivity in the workplace but also reduces turnover by creating realistic expectations. At the same time, it stimulates the continuous development of employees, which contributes to better performance and maximum employability.

For LPC, which currently places approximately 11,000 workers, effective training is a crucial part of the business strategy.
